Broccoli Casserole Southern Bite Preheat the oven to 350° and lightly spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. combine broccoli, sour cream, mushroom soup, worcestershire, garlic powder, and 1 cup of cheese; mix well. spread the mixture into the prepared dish. Preheat the oven to 400°f and lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. set aside. in a large bowl, stir together the broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, broccoli cheese soup, cheddar cheese soup, and water or broth. add salt and pepper to taste. add the chicken and stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine the condensed soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. mix until well combined. (pictures 6 – 7) then fold in the broccoli, the onion mixture (including all the butter from the pan), and all the cheese. (pictures 8 – 9) pour the filling mixture into your baking dish. Combine the eggs, mayo, salt, pepper, and cheese in a large mixing bowl, and mix. next, add in the broccoli and garlic, mix, then set the bowl to the side. in a medium sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. now add in the onions and saute until the onions are translucent. Preheat oven to 350°f (176°c) steam the frozen broccoli for 10 minutes until tender; drain. while the broccoli steams, melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet. saute the diced onion until tender then add the steamed broccoli. season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

Preheat the oven to 375. lightly spray a 1 1 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. set aside. in a large bowl, mix the broccoli, soup, milk, mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper and stir to combine. transfer to the baking dish and cover with the crushed crackers. dot with small chunks of the butter over the crackers. Chop into bite sized pieces. preheat oven to 350 degrees. in a large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, butter, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. mix well. add 1 cup of cheese and mix again. place mixture in a medium buttered casserole dish. sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top.

Chop into bite sized pieces. preheat oven to 350 degrees. in a large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, butter, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. mix well. add 1 cup of cheese and mix again. place mixture in a medium buttered casserole dish. sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top.
